In this episode, I’m sharing the deeply personal, but surprisingly simple habits that recomped my body, regulated my mind, stabilized my afternoon energy, and expanded my finances in 2025 (Spoiler alert: November was my highest revenue month this past year!). From simplifying my appearance to finally getting my cycle back, I’m diving into the daily choices that made the biggest difference.


Hi friends, and welcome back to Daily Deposits. It feels really good to be recording again. Between Thanksgiving in Vail (plus a stomach bug making its way through our house) and the general chaos of the holiday season, life has felt… full.

And that seems to be the collective experience right now: mental loads are heavier (moms, I see you) because to-do lists are long and schedules are stacked. Maybe it’s just me, but it feels like December has this way of pulling all our energy in 10 different directions, simultaneously. There’s very little margin built into the season! :/ With that in mind, I hope you feel like you can exhale while you listen to today’s ep.

If we haven’t met yet, I’m Edie. I’m a nutrition consultant, a mom of two, and a big believer in practical wellness. The kind that actually fits into real life (because, unlike we’re conditioned to believe, life isn’t an Instagram highlight reel). I created Daily Deposits because I wanted a place where we could cut through the noise and rebuild wellness on a foundation that prioritizes consistent, mundane habits over any semblance of perfection. I’m so glad you’re here.

As I’ve been reflecting on 2025, one theme keeps coming up again and again: This was the year I truly came home to my body. It certainly wasn’t an overnight transformation. Truthfully, it was more like a gentle return to self. Layer by layer, choice by choice, month after month.

Today I’m sharing the 10 “unhinged”—or, let’s call them untraditional—things I did this year that genuinely transformed multiple areas of my life. To get one thing clear: my hope is NOT that you adopt all 10. But maybe, one (or a couple) of these sparks something for you, a subtle ripple that ends up changing everything.
